Schedule/Shift

Scheduled shifts are from 07:00 to 17:30, with the expectation of working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

This position is within the Cardiac Cath Lab at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. The role involves engaging in procedures and patient care specific to cardiac interventions. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient support and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures and monitoring patient vitals.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document care and procedures accurately in patient records.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and post-procedure care.

Required Experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar clinical setting.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
