ARMStaffing is looking for an Ultrasound Sonographer, Radiology (Rotating Shift) in Rochester, New York.

Schedule/Shift

Rotating: Monday and Friday 12pm - 8:30pm; Saturday and Sunday 8am - 6:30pm, totaling 36 hours per week.

Job Description

The Ultrasound Sonographer will provide imaging services in a diverse patient population including adolescents to older adults. The role will require proficiency in various ultrasound procedures, primarily within the inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations as ordered by physicians.
• Ensure high-quality images are obtained while adhering to facility protocols.
• Maintain equipment and maintain logs of sonograms performed.
• Collaborate with medical teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sonographer, with required vascular experience.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active and clear ARRT certification.
• ARDMS certification accepted.
