ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Operating Room (Varied Shift) in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

The schedule consists of 4x10 hour shifts with weekend and weekday on-call rotations, including being on call every 4th to 5th weekend and one weeknight per week.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in the Operating Room setting, focusing on orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures. This role requires collaboration with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures in the Operating Room.
• Monitor patient condition and provide effective interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the operating area.
• Document patient care accurately and according to facility protocols.

Required Experience

Must have experience in both orthopedic and neurosurgical operating room settings, preferably in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma hospitals.

Certifications/Licensure

Current Registered Nurse license is required. Additional certifications in ACLS and BLS are preferred.
