Job Description
The Registered Nurse will work in the Emergency Department providing care to a diverse patient population. Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with the nursing process. Experience with Meditech is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Meditech.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting is required.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
