Schedule/Shift

6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 36 hours scheduled with 24 hours guaranteed. Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift.

Job Description

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will work primarily at Boswell campus but may float to Del Webb campus as needed. You will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while following established protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and ensure effective respiratory therapy.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient and employee education programs.

Required Experience

Must have a minimum of 24 months of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience with recent experience in the last 12 months.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in good standing.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• Active NBRC certification from an approved vendor.
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Driver’s license to verify residency.
