ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, CVOR (Day Shift) in Neptune, New Jersey.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend required, holidays as needed. On-call requirement after 90 days.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse at Hackensack Meridian Health will deliver nursing practices based on evidence-based research, policies, and standards of care to provide safe and individualized patient care. This role involves comprehensive assessment, implementation of care plans, and continuous evaluation of patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive health data and perform systematic age and disease-specific assessments.
• Recognize changes in clinical and diagnostic status and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Implement care plans in a timely manner, including education for patients and families.
• Administer medications using advanced technologies for the safest delivery.
• Document care provided and evaluate progress towards outcomes.

Required Experience

• Must have six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or be an active participant in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.

Certifications/Licensure

• New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• BLS-AHA certification.
• ACLS-AHA certification.
