Job Description

Join the Community Hospital of Anaconda as a Physical Therapy Assistant. You will work in a dynamic environment providing therapy across various settings including outpatient, acute, skilled nursing therapy, and home health services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing treatment plans and providing therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience

• Two years of experience in acute and long-term care settings preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
