Job Description

The Registered Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients, assisting with rehabilitation, and helping patients achieve their individual goals in daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' occupational performance.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient care and improve treatment outcomes.

Required Experience

• Valid Occupational Therapist license.
• NBCOT Certification.
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans.

Certifications/Licensure

• Registered Occupational Therapist License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
