Job Description

The House Supervisor will oversee nursing staff and ensure that high-quality care is provided to patients throughout the night shift. This role is critical in managing the operational flow of the facility, addressing staffing needs, and coordinating with various departments to enhance patient care operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff across various units during the night shift.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership in critical situations and evaluate staffing levels.
• Coordinate with various departments to maintain patient care standards.

Required Experience

• Active California RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Recent experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification are required; NRP preferred.
• Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of the contract starting date.
