3 shifts per week, 12-hour night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including 2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days within a 6-week period. Holidays as needed, with no call required.
Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Greensboro, NC. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department environment. First-time travelers are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to critical situations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the EPIC system.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department.
- Previous experience as a Charge RN and L2 Trauma experience preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license in hand at submission.
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required.
- CPI, PALS, TNCC certifications preferred.
