Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit. As part of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients under your care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience
Prior experience in a Telemetry or similar unit is highly preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
Current RN license in the state of North Carolina is required. BLS and ACLS certifications are also necessary.
