Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure optimal patient throughput. You will lead one of New Jersey's highest-volume Cath Labs, featuring advanced interventional procedures and a variety of specialized programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of lab personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments for high-quality patient care.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement quality assurance initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and best practices adoption.
• Serve as a liaison with hospital leadership and contribute to service line growth.
• Support and expand regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs.
• Oversee the expansion and integration of new procedure rooms.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Experience managing large volume, with 4-5 labs needed.
• Critical Care/High Risk experience required.

Certifications / Licensure

Required licensure as a Registered Nurse.
