Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care, demonstrate clinical competence, and maintain documentation while ensuring adherence to safety and professionalism standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments across all age groups, from pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Administer direct patient care, supporting the delivery of effective healthcare.
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital guidelines and standard nursing practices.
• Exhibit professionalism by adhering to policies and recognizing areas for growth.
• Enhance patient satisfaction by fostering a positive and cooperative care environment.
• Follow National Patient Safety Goals and implement safe transfer techniques.
• Understand surgical procedures and patient-specific needs based on diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Participate in the preoperative and postoperative patient education process.

Required Experience

Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in emergency nursing, is preferred.

Certifications / Licensure

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
