Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) for a contract position in Englewood, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing high-quality care to expectant mothers and their newborns.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to laboring mothers and newborn infants.
- Monitor vital signs and fetal heart rates.
- Assist in the birthing process and provide immediate post-delivery care to newborns.
- Educate and support families through the labor and delivery experience.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Labor and Delivery nursing within the last 3 years.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current New Jersey RN License.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
- Intermediate FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring) certification.
