Job Description

The Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana is a state-of-the-art, inpatient acute rehabilitation facility dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Our comprehensive rehabilitation programs are tailored to the individual needs of patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, brain injury, neurological disorders, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputation, and orthopedic injuries.

The role involves collaborating with a skilled team to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of our patient population, which includes those aged 14 years and older with neuro, ortho, and spinal cord concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized treatment and rehabilitation interventions to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and report patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary.

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current Montana licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
