Job Description
This float pool position requires candidates to be flexible and willing to float to multiple units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU. Candidates should have experience in caring for basic ICU patients such as sedated, intubated, and pressor-supported patients.
Responsibilities
- Float to various ICU units as needed.
- Provide care for basic ICU patients.
- Maintain outstanding patient care and team communication.
- Demonstrate flexibility with assignments, potentially taking multiple different assignments in the same shift.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of travel experience.
Certifications / Licensure
A valid RN license is required.
