Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. One to two weeknights of call, every fourth weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying package integrity and expiration dates on all sterile supplies, preparing patients and equipment for procedures using sterile techniques, and monitoring and recording all procedural data while maintaining procedural event logs.

You will ensure patient comfort and familiarize them with the equipment and supplies needed for the procedure. You will apply the necessary monitors and prepare access sites, including using sterile drapes. When scrubbing into procedures, you will utilize sterile and aseptic techniques as required for infection prevention. Safety is a priority, and you will advocate for radiation safety and protection for yourself and your coworkers.

Your duties will include documenting fluoroscopy times and radiation doses and evaluating reports to ensure values are within established safety limits.

Required Experience

Graduate of an accredited radiology program.

Certifications / Licensure

• AART registered
• Wisconsin State Radiology Technologist License
• Cardiovascular Technologist registered
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
