Job Description
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) specializing in Telemetry to join our team in Conroe, Texas. Our unit provides comprehensive care to patients with varying medical conditions. You will play a vital role in the collection of patient data and implementation of care plans.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient conditions and collect clinical data.
- Perform Foley insertion, PIV, blood draws, and initiation of code stroke.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure quality patient care.
Required Experience
- Must possess NIH Competency.
- ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license required.
- BSN certification preferred.
