Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general nursing practices and be able to provide quality patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and support to individuals of various age groups.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Document patient care and communicate effectively with team members and families.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team.

Required Experience

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.

Certifications / Licensure

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in relevant state.
BLS certification required.
