Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a role in the hospital setting. The ideal candidate will provide patient care, manage patient records, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient health needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes in accordance with standards.
• Participate in patient care planning and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families about care needs and available resources.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.

Certifications / Licensure

Active RN license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
