Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, monitor patient conditions, and perform assessments while collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
Certifications / Licensure
Current Registered Nurse license in the state.
