Job Description
The Registered Nurse will be primarily responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the specified department. The role requires a commitment to maintaining the safety and wellbeing of patients while adhering to hospital policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and vital signs.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans.
- Document patient progress and any changes in condition.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license in the state.
- BLS certification required.
