Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
