Job Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine care needs.

Required Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a clinical nursing setting.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
