Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to treatment changes.
- Educate patients and their families about health issues and care plans.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role.
Certifications / Licensure
Current RN licensure in the state of practice is required. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
