Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings. The nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.

Required Experience

Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Certifications / Licensure

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS certification required.
