Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document patient health status and needs.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and intervene as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.
Required Experience
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing environment.
Certifications / Licensure
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
