Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will collaborate with healthcare teams, assess patient needs, and create individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient health and vital signs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health management.

Required Experience

Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting.

Certifications / Licensure

Active Illinois RN License required.
BLS certification required.
