Job Description

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
• Monitor patient health, including vital signs, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience

The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
