Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a progressive environment. The RN will assess patient needs, develop nursing care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
