Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a challenging and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning care, implementing nursing interventions, and evaluating the outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care processes.

Required Experience

• Must have at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Previous experience in an acute care setting is preferred.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
