Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Required Experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical setting.
Certifications / Licensure
Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state.
