Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patient vital signs.
• Perform physical assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Document patient care activities accurately in EMR.

Required Experience

Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in a similar clinical setting.

Certifications / Licensure

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state is required. BLS certification is also mandatory.
