Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The LPN will assist in patient assessments, administer medications, perform wound care, and support the nursing staff in various clinical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient assessments and implement care plans under the supervision of an RN.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and treatments.
Required Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
Current LPN licensure is required.
