Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the supervising physician or registered nurse.
• Assist patients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide support to patients and their families.

Required Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical or hospital setting as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Certifications / Licensure

Current LPN license in the state of practice is required. BLS certification preferred.
