Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will work a night shift, providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department.
- Assess and monitor patients’ conditions swiftly and accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document all patient care activities in the Meditech system.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
- Experience with HCA and Meditech systems is essential.
Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license required (temporary licenses not accepted).
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), and TNCC certifications are required.
- Current NIH certification is required.
