4 ten-hour days, including 10-11 on-call shifts per month which may include weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals for the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) units. The role requires expertise in both cath and peripheral procedures. The ideal candidate will be part of a 3-man team consisting of 2 RNs and 1 tech in a unit equipped with 7 suites, including 2 cath labs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a range of catheterization procedures, including adult cardiac care.
• Utilize EMR systems including EPIC and XperCharge for documentation.
• Collaborate with a team of cardiologists to ensure patient flow and case management.
• Monitor and respond to emergencies as part of the call team.
• Possibly float to non-invasive CV to start IVs as needed.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Cath Lab.
• Experience with IABP and IVUS is preferred.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA).
• Must be a Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT.
• West Virginia License required for Radiologic Technologists.
