Schedule / Shift

Shift: Mids, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Call is required every 4th weekend and one night per week. Floating to endoscopy, pre-op, and surgery center is required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PACU RN for a travel assignment. Candidates should have critical care and PACU experience, as well as the required certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), ensuring the safety and comfort of patients post-surgery.
• Monitor patients closely, assess conditions, and respond to emergencies.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records in Cerner EMR.

Required Experience

• Previous PACU or ICU experience is mandatory.

Certifications / Licensure

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
