Night Shift: 19:00 – 07:30, 3 × 12 hour shifts per week.

Job Description

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for critically ill patients. You will float to all ICUs, step-down units, IMCU, and ED for ICU holds/borders as needed, while providing care under the direction of a licensed physician. Your role will involve collaborating with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure individualized patient care.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing support staff in patient care.
• Manage patient care for multiple ICU units.
• Receive orientation for new units as required.
• Ensure patient ratios do not exceed 1:3.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an ICU setting. No new graduates will be considered.

Certifications / Licensure

• RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Required)
• NIHSS - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (Required)
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course (Preferred)
