Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with Level IV NICU experience for a dynamic role that includes responsibilities in the adult floor, ICU, and Level IV NICU. The ideal candidate will be ready to support a diverse patient population, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to NICU patients, including high acuity cases.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and neonatal transports.
• Perform various procedures including intubation assistance, bronchoscopy, and CPAP setups.
• Monitor and manage mechanical ventilation for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level IV NICU setting, with the ability to work on adult floors and in ICU settings.

Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Washington State Respiratory License
• BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP, and PALS preferred.
