Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with Level IV NICU experience. The position requires a trained RT willing to work in Adult floor, ICU, and Level IV NICU. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in NICU settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care for patients in the NICU and adult critical care settings.
• Administer treatments using various ventilators and respiratory equipment.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Must have NICU experience, including familiarity with high frequency oscillators and high frequency jet ventilators.
• Experience with NAVA technology is highly preferred.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current RRT certification.
• Washington State Respiratory License required.
• BLS certification required.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, and PALS preferred.
