Job Description

The EP Tech will be involved in procedures for patients undergoing coronary device implantation, including pacemakers and ICDs, as well as diagnostic electrophysiology and ablation procedures. The role requires scrubbing procedures and providing back room monitoring and support for device experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist in cardiac device implantation for pacemakers, ICDs, and Loop Recorders.
• Perform and support various ablation procedures including AFib, AFlutter, and others.
• Utilize mapping systems such as Biosense Webster CARTO and Abbott Precision for procedures.
• Handle equipment including IABP, Impella, and other monitoring devices.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the electrophysiology field is required.

Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT Radiologic Technologist license or CCI RCIS certification.
• WA state Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
