Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist with expertise in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency room environments. The candidate will assist in performing MRI procedures, specifically focusing on neuro, orthopedic, and abdominal cases with a 1.5 Siemens Symphony machine. Responsibilities will also include IV starts, contrast preparation, and adherence to an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures in various settings including outpatient, inpatient, and ER.
• Carry out IV starts and administer contrast materials as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours coverage.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of MRI technologist experience is required.
• Experience in a community hospital and with trauma level I preferred.
• Experience with PACS and contrast administration is essential.

Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification is required.
• ARRT certification in MRI is required; ARRT Advanced Certification is preferred.
