Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) care. The successful candidate will have significant experience and will be required to float to the Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (CVPICU) as needed, especially during high census periods.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the PICU setting.
- Float to the CVPICU as necessary based on patient census.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of PICU experience.
- Exposure to Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CICU) preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Must hold a valid compact or single state RN license by the time of submission.
