Day shift with 6 on 8 off, 12 hr shifts. No call and no expectation to work additional holidays.

Job Description

The Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist delivers high-quality MRI, CT, and X-Ray exams to assist in diagnosis or treatment. This role involves independently performing MRI, CT, and X-Ray procedures, producing images for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality MRI, CT, and X-Ray/fluoroscopic exams for all patient populations, including NICU, CCU, and ED as requested by medical staff.
• Operate independently while maintaining attention to detail and customer needs.
• Assist medical staff in other departments during exams and procedures as appropriate.
• Perform ancillary duties to maintain proper distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures.
• Complete required documentation for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams.
• Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of hospital quality indicators.
• Support and train peers in their roles.

Required Experience

• Two (2) years of previous radiology experience.
• Two (2) years of previous CT and/or MRI experience.

Certifications / Licensure

• Montana Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) advanced certification in both CT and MRI.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
