Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with telemetry experience to join our team in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. This unit features 27 beds and operates with a nursing model that focuses on teamwork and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry equipment.
- Administer medications and provide patient care as per discharge plans.
- Communicate effectively with team members and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in patient education and rehabilitation efforts.
Required Experience
Telemetry experience is required.
Certifications / Licensure
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - Required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required
