Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with outpatient dialysis experience to provide care for chronic renal patients. This position involves floating to other locations in St. Albans and Berlin as required.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience.
- Prior travel experience is preferred.
- Experience with EPIC within the past 2 years is non-negotiable.
Certifications / Licensure
- AHA BLS certification is required.
- Must possess an active Vermont RN license.
