Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Community Stroke and Rehabilitation Center in Crown Point, Indiana. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment, helping patients recover and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to facilitate rehabilitation.

Required Experience

Certifications / Licensure

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Indiana is required.
