Day shift, 3x12 hours (06:45 AM - 07:15 PM). Every third weekend is required. On-call requirement includes two 12-hour shifts in a six-week period.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled LDRP RN to provide comprehensive care in labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum settings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery, demonstrating proficiency in couplet care and managing high-risk obstetric patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to laboring women and newborns.
- Assist with high-risk deliveries and manage postpartum care.
- Document all patient interactions using the Epic charting system.
- Ensure optimal patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3 as necessary.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience.
- Experience with couplet care and high-risk obstetrics.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current SC or Multi State/Compact RN license.
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM, NRP.
- Preferred: AWHONN Advanced, STABLE.
