Job Description

Join the team as a Physical Therapist Assistant, responsible for providing support in a Med Surge and Outpatient Services environment. Your work will include assisting with patient evaluations, therapy interventions, and treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient evaluations and creating treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Work collaboratively in a Med Surge and Outpatient setting.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in the EMR (Epic).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

No preferred experience level required for applicants. A valid Physical Therapist Assistant license is mandatory.
